Sadness
I'm very familiar with the feeling of sadness. I almost seem sad as often as I am happy anymore, which isn't a complaint. Being alone somtimes helps the feeling of sadness kick In. It helps me realize how I really feel about others. Having experience with the feeling of sadness can really help expand your advice to others, and even to yourself. Giving other advice On how you cope with your sadness, or things they could do to help themselves. Some people cope in negative ways such as, drugs, alcohol, even suicide. Giving others like you advice on what just maybe could help, could maybe even save a life.
